Position Summary: 

The incumbent is responsible for the overall supervision of the Clinic. Works closely with Medical Center administration and clinic physicians to ensure seamless operation between all activities related to directing and evaluating patient care activities, managing clinical resources and developing & monitoring organizational policy/procedures.


Salary Range: 


Rate    Minimum  $68,500.00    Maximum  $140,200.00


Required Qualifications:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Ability to successfully identify priorities while managing multiple assignments simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Minimum 4 years working in a healthcare setting in either Primary or Specialty care services

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Previous lead or supervisory experience

Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze operational data


Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish

Experience working in a UC and/or union environment

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms

Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices especially as relates to practice management
