Position Summary: 

The Principal Radiologic Technologist performs a full range of general and diagnostic radiologic procedures (x-ray's) and Mammography screening and diagnostic procedures of the breast. Develops and evaluates x-ray's and mammogram images for high quality radiographs and performs a variety of tasks including QA/QC. Acts as a technical resource for the department.

 

Salary Range: 

 

Rate    Minimum  $48.78   Midpoint  $48.78   Maximum  $48.78

  

Required Qualifications:

ARRT in both Radiologic and Mammography

ARRT license/certification

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Basic Life Support

CRT in both Radiologic and Mammography

Excellent planning, organization and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Minimum of 2 years of Digital experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certifications and licensures in other imaging modalities

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms

Venipuncture Certification
